How we charge for a review
Fees follow the shape of the work: a full measurement review of one live app, a narrower funnel or listing reading, or a sitting in the room. Nothing here is a monthly software licence.

Prices above are starting points in Malaysian ringgit, excluding SST where it applies. A firm fee is written after we know the number of language paths, whether both iOS and Android need their own walkthrough set, and whether test accounts can complete a reload and a bill pay.
What moves the estimate
- A second brand or white-label partner app.
- More than three language trees that each carry different event names.
- Device sets beyond the two Android and one iOS models we treat as default.
- A sitting that must include a vendor who only attends after hours.
What we do not sell
We do not offer monthly or annual access to software. We do not sell “seats.” A monthly product readout can be quoted as a retainer after a first review, typically four hours of reading plus a one-hour call, from RM 3,600 a month with a three-month minimum. That retainer is cancelled under the same notice rules as other work already started.
Deposits and timing
A measurement review or funnel reading is confirmed when the deposit arrives. Working sessions are confirmed when the date is held in writing. Refund, cancellation, and no-show rules are on the refund page. For a named quote, send the app name and the journeys that hurt this quarter.
