Refunds, cancellation, and deposits

These rules apply to professional engagements described on this site: measurement reviews, funnel readings, store listing readings, working sessions, and any monthly readout retainer we have confirmed in writing. They do not apply to goods, shipping, software licences, or class tickets, because we do not sell those.

Eligibility

A refund may be due when you cancel before work starts, when we cancel because we cannot staff the dates, or when a sitting is unused under the notice periods below. A refund is not due because you disagree with a finding, because a vendor delayed a fix, or because reload volume did not rise after you received the document.

Timeframe

Written cancellation must reach info@webgardenhub.click. The clock starts on the working day we receive it. “Working day” means Monday to Friday, Malaysia Time, excluding Malaysian public holidays.

Full refund

• You cancel a written review, funnel reading, or listing reading before we have been given access (event catalogue or test accounts) and before kickoff: the deposit is returned in full.
• We cancel because of illness or staffing and cannot offer a new date within fifteen working days: fees paid for the unused engagement are returned in full.

Partial refund

• You cancel a written review after kickoff but before the first device walkthrough: we keep thirty percent of the agreed fee for preparation already done, and return the rest of what you have paid.
• You cancel after the first walkthrough but before delivery of the written review: we keep sixty percent, reflecting mapping already performed, and return the remainder of sums paid.

Non-refundable

• Time already spent in a completed working session.
• A monthly readout month that has already been delivered.
• Bank charges on the original payment if the bank will not reverse them; we return the net we actually received.

Process

Email info@webgardenhub.click with the engagement name, the date on the fee letter, and whether you are cancelling or requesting a refund for our cancellation. We acknowledge within two working days and state the amount under these rules.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are paid within fourteen working days by the same method as the original payment where the bank allows, otherwise by transfer to a Malaysian account you nominate. We do not refund in cash at the office.

Cancellation and rescheduling of sittings

Move or cancel a working session with at least five working days’ notice and we will rebook once without fee. Later changes: the half-day or full-day fee is charged unless we can fill the slot, in which case we charge a RM 400 administration amount only.

Deposits

A fifty percent deposit confirms a measurement review or funnel reading. It is applied to the final invoice. It is refundable only as set out above.

No-shows

If no one from your side attends a confirmed sitting and no message arrives by the start time, the sitting fee is charged. We will offer one replacement date in the following two weeks; that replacement is not free if the no-show already consumed the original slot.

Work already started

Once kickoff has occurred, “started” means we have opened your materials or held the first sitting. Findings produced up to cancellation remain yours to use under the terms, even if the document is incomplete.

Materials

We do not purchase physical materials for you. If we have already paid a documented room hire for a sitting you cancel late, that hire is deducted from any refund.
