Store listing and first-week reading

How the Play Store and App Store pages, screenshots, and first-week opens line up with what the self-care app actually does after SIM login.

Prepared for

Store listing owners, growth, and app product

People find a telecom customer app because a SIM insert, a bill SMS, or a shop assistant pointed them there. The store page still has to say the right thing in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the first week after install has to include a successful login and at least one useful act — a balance check, a reload, a bill view.

We read the current listings, screenshots, and recent public reviews that mention reload, roaming, or billing. We then look at first-week opens and whether the first session dies on permission screens, language pickers, or OTP. The note is for the person who can change listing copy this month and for the person who owns the first-run screens.

This is not a campaign to lift rank with paid install ads. It is a reading of whether the store page promises a fibre bundle the app cannot show, or hides the roaming pack a Johor commuter came for. From RM 6,400.
